Reservations

We require a credit card to reserve all appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the originally booked service. No-shows will be charged 100%.

We understand that life happens! If something comes up last minute, please give us a call as soon as you can—we’ll always do our best to rebook you.

All retail purchases are final sale.

Feedback & Adjustments

Your feedback means the world to us. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience or if you’d like to make an adjustment to your hair, please reach out within 2 weeks of your appointment. We’ll gladly do our best to welcome you back and make it perfect!
